Willem van den Berg

After finishing his master’s degrees in Business Administration and Economics at Radboud University Nijmegen, Willem van den Berg (1986) immediately started as an independent entrepreneur. During this time, he often worked closely together with Casper Jansen, a colleague at SCEX. In the past few years, he has gotten the chance to look into, to experience, and to analyze a large number of companies in various sectors from up close. In the process, he filled in several functions, including those of advisor, project manager, interim manager, and trainer. 

He combines his academic background with his practical experience. His great interest in IT, innovation, business processes, and social processes in organizations allows him to recognize which considerations have to be made during organizational transformations. During these examinations, he combines in-depth analytical thinking with the required degree of pragmatics and enjoys working together with different disciplines within organizations. His ultimate goal is to find an optimum solution for the client and rectifying all accompanying problems at the source. 

Willem van den Berg has experience in the field of process design and improvement of supply chain and logistic processes, and ERP-, WMS- and OMS-selection, and implementation. On top of that, he is experienced in project management and giving advice surrounding IT-implementations and transformations of organizations. Supply chain (master) planning, demand planning and supply planning, KPI management and business gaming are all things he has professionally acquainted himself with.
